MARAN CONCEPT RETURN POLICY
At MARAN CONCEPT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer a 14-calendar-day return period from the date you receive your order.
RETURNS WITHIN SPAIN
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Depending on your bank, the transaction may take 3 to 10 business days. The maximum refund processing time is 10 business days from the date we receive the return at our facilities.
Product Conditions
Items must be returned with their original tag and packaging. Products that are returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used, or dirty due to customer handling will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount and must be borne by the customer. The return fee is €7.00, which includes collection of the package from the provided address.
Promotional Gifts
If your order included a promotional gift (for example, due to a discount code or purchase conditions), the gift must be returned along with the purchased items. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.
Outlet Products
Items purchased from the OUTLET section are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGE POLICY (SPAIN)
If you prefer to exchange a product, the cost will be €5.90, which covers both the collection of the item to be returned and the delivery of the replacement product.

EXCHANGE POLICY OUTSIDE SPAIN
If you wish to request an exchange, the item must be sent to the address we provide by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The replacement item will be shipped once the returned product has been received and inspected. The shipping cost for the replacement product will depend on the destination country and will be charged to the customer prior to shipment.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, with their original tag and packaging. Exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been damaged, used, incomplete, or deteriorated due to customer handling.
